Subscription terms for new Evenda accounts

For new Evenda organizer accounts whose signup flow specifies the subscription requirement, a subscription must be set up before using the service. These terms apply to Evenda SaaS and do not change the terms of Oblakkarte.

In the web cabinet, subscriptions are set up through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Complete Paddle checkout and provide a payment method to start a free 14-day trial. The trial starts when Paddle creates the subscription, not when you register an Evenda account. Access opens after the subscription is confirmed.

No subscription fee is charged for the free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the payment method for the selected monthly or annual plan and renews it at the interval shown at checkout. The price, currency, applicable taxes and first billing date are shown before you confirm.

You can disable automatic renewal in the Billing section of your Evenda cabinet. Cancel before the billing date to prevent the next charge. Access continues until the end of the confirmed trial or paid period unless the subscription is terminated immediately. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

In the iOS and Android apps, accounts without a current Paddle subscription use App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Prices, trial eligibility and duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those purchases follow the terms shown by the respective store. An account with a current Paddle subscription uses that subscription across devices and must not purchase a second subscription in a store.

Accounts registered before the new subscription requirement retain their previously granted trial, paid period and agreed conditions. A later move to Paddle may include an additional 14-day Paddle trial if offered at checkout; existing periods are not changed automatically by this service update.

A free trial involves no subscription payment to refund. Charges after a trial are covered by the refund rules in this document and the terms of the payment provider or app store; the end of a trial does not remove applicable refund or statutory rights.

These provisions supplement the agreement and take precedence over inconsistent descriptions of signup, trial activation and billing for the accounts described above.

3. Geri ödəmə şərtləri

Ödəniş tarixindən etibarən 14 gün ərzində tam geri ödəmə tələb edə bilərsiniz. Geri ödəmə üçün [email protected] ünvanına müraciət edin və ya şəxsi kabinet vasitəsilə sorğu göndərin. Təsdiqlənmiş geri ödəmələr ilkin ödəniş üsulu ilə həyata keçirilir.

İlkin 14 günlük müddət bitdikdən sonra, adətən geri ödəmə aşağıdakılar üçün təmin edilmir:

• qismən istifadə edilmiş abunəlik dövrləri;
• istifadə edilməmiş funksiyalar;
• ödəmə edildikdən sonra xidmətin istifadəsiz olması.

Əlavə olaraq, Evenda.io-nun mülahizəsinə görə aşağıdakı hallarda geri ödəmə verilə bilər:

• ikiqat ödəniş;
• servisə girişə maneə törədən texniki nasazlıqlar;
• faktura səhvləri.

4. Sınaq müddəti (əgər tətbiq olunursa)

Pulsuz sınaq müddəti təklif edilirsə, müştəri abunəliyin bitməsinə qədər ləğv edilməsindən öz məsuliyyətindədir.

5. Abunəliyin ləğvi

Müştəri istənilən vaxt abunəliyi ləğv edə bilər.

Abunəliyin ləğvi cari hesablaşma dövrünün sonu ilə qüvvəyə minir.

Qalan dövr üçün nisbətən geri ödəmə təqdim edilmir.

6. Ödənişlərin emalı

Ödənişlər Paddle daxil olmaqla üçüncü tərəf ödəniş təminatçıları tərəfindən emal edilə bilər.

7. Ödənişə qarşı çıxış (chargeback)

Ödənişə qarşı çıxış (chargeback) əməliyyatına başlamazdan əvvəl Evenda.io dəstək xidməti ilə əlaqə saxlamaq məsləhət görülür.

Əsasız chargeback hesabınızın dayandırılmasına və ya fəaliyyəti dayandırılmasına səbəb ola bilər.
