Subscription terms for new Evenda accounts

For new Evenda organizer accounts whose signup flow specifies the subscription requirement, a subscription must be set up before using the service. These terms apply to Evenda SaaS and do not change the terms of Oblakkarte.

In the web cabinet, subscriptions are set up through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Complete Paddle checkout and provide a payment method to start a free 14-day trial. The trial starts when Paddle creates the subscription, not when you register an Evenda account. Access opens after the subscription is confirmed.

No subscription fee is charged for the free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the payment method for the selected monthly or annual plan and renews it at the interval shown at checkout. The price, currency, applicable taxes and first billing date are shown before you confirm.

You can disable automatic renewal in the Billing section of your Evenda cabinet. Cancel before the billing date to prevent the next charge. Access continues until the end of the confirmed trial or paid period unless the subscription is terminated immediately. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

In the iOS and Android apps, accounts without a current Paddle subscription use App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Prices, trial eligibility and duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those purchases follow the terms shown by the respective store. An account with a current Paddle subscription uses that subscription across devices and must not purchase a second subscription in a store.

Accounts registered before the new subscription requirement retain their previously granted trial, paid period and agreed conditions. A later move to Paddle may include an additional 14-day Paddle trial if offered at checkout; existing periods are not changed automatically by this service update.

A free trial involves no subscription payment to refund. Charges after a trial are covered by the refund rules in this document and the terms of the payment provider or app store; the end of a trial does not remove applicable refund or statutory rights.

These provisions supplement the agreement and take precedence over inconsistent descriptions of signup, trial activation and billing for the accounts described above.

1. Rozsah použití

Tato politika vrácení peněz se vztahuje na platby zákazníků (pořadatelů akcí) za přístup k softwaru a službám Evenda.io, včetně tarifních plánů a souvisejících funkcí.

2. Poplatky za předplatné

Všechny poplatky za předplatné se účtují předem na pravidelném základě (měsícně nebo ročně — v závislosti na vybraném plánu).

Při uzavírání předplatného souhlasíte s platebními podmínkami uvedenými na okamžiku nákupu.

3. Podmínky vrácení peněz

Do 14 dnů od data platby můžete požádat o úplné vrácení peněz. Pro podání žádosti nás kontaktujte na [email protected] nebo odešlete žádost prostřednictvím osobního účtu. Schválené vrácení peněz probíhá původním způsobem platby.

Po uplynutí počáteční 14denní lhůty se vrácení peněz obvykle neposkytuje pro:

• dvojité účtování;
• nevyužitých funkcí;
• nevyužívání služby po zaplacení.

Navíc může být vrácení peněz poskytnuto dle uvážení Evenda.io v následujících případech:

• dvojité účtování;
• technické poruchy, které brání přístupu ke službě;
• chyby při fakturaci.

4. Zkušební období (pokud je to relevantní)

Pokud je nabízen bezplatný zkušební period, zákazník je sám zodpovědný za zrušení předplatného před jeho koncem.

5. Zrušení předplatného

Klient může kdykoli zrušit předplatné.

Zrušení vstoupí v platnost po skončení aktuálního platebního období.

Proporcionální vrácení za zbývající období není poskytováno.

6. Zpracování plateb

Platby mohou být zpracovávány externími platebními poskytovateli, včetně Paddle.

Žádosti o vrácení plateb za předplatné se odesílají na podporu Evenda.io. Po schválení bude vrácení provedeno stejným platebním způsobem, jaký byl použit pro původní platbu.

7. Sporné platby (chargeback)

Doporučujeme kontaktovat podporu Evenda.io ještě před zahájením chargeback.

Neoprávněné chargebacky mohou vést k pozastavení nebo ukončení fungování účtu.
