Bring your programme, dates and tickets together on one page. Accept payments through your connected provider and welcome guests with the Evenda QR scanner on festival day.
0% is Evenda's commission on ticket sales. Subscription charges and your payment provider's fees are separate.
Festival programme
Two days. Find your rhythm.
Date → category → QR ticket
Music, food or a city festival: guests need to know when to arrive and what their ticket includes.
Add dates, start times and end times. Set capacity for individual sessions and check which option a buyer selects.
Set names, prices and quantities for each category. Explain the difference between standard and special tickets in the event description.
Add a cover image, programme, venue and admission terms. Share one link on posters, social media and in your newsletter.
Choose a payment profile and available payment methods. Check the currency, seller and purchase terms before launching your campaign.
Open the right event in the Evenda app and scan the guest’s QR ticket. The scanner shows the result and warns if the ticket has already been checked in.
Before opening the gates, assign responsibilities, prepare devices and check connectivity at the venue. Agree how the team handles repeat scans, tickets for the wrong event and order questions.
Re-entry and separate zones need clear admission rules. Naming a category “VIP” does not configure access permissions on its own.
You can add several dated sessions to an event. Check session selection and ticket conditions. If you need one pass covering multiple days, confirm a suitable sales and admission setup first: adding sessions does not create that pass automatically.
Yes. You can set names, prices and quantities for ticket categories. Explain what each category includes and the admission rules in your festival description.
The scanner warns that the ticket has already been checked in. This helps staff apply your festival’s rules; it does not replace a separate setup for re-entry or zone access.
Use UTM-tagged links for different channels. Source reports let you compare visits and paid orders. Tags do not capture every interaction a guest has had with your advertising.
