Local payment methods Monnify brings to checkout
With Monnify your buyers in Nigeria can pay by bank transfer, with Visa and Mastercard, the local Verve card, or by USSD. The available methods appear on the tickets page automatically.
Built for the Nigerian market
Monnify onboards merchants in Nigeria and processes payments in naira (NGN). It is known for bank transfer with reserved (dedicated) accounts, which many Nigerian buyers trust and use daily, so leading with transfer alongside cards helps more buyers complete a purchase.
Pricing and payouts
You connect your own Monnify account, so transfer, card and USSD payments settle directly to you in naira. Monnify sets its processing fees by your agreement, and Evenda adds no platform fee of its own on ticket sales.

Technical notes
Monnify authenticates over OAuth (Basic base64 of apiKey:secretKey to get a token), then Evenda initializes a transaction and redirects the buyer to the checkout URL. On return Evenda runs a server-side verify, and a server-to-server webhook (SUCCESSFUL_TRANSACTION) is authenticated by the monnify-signature header (HMAC-SHA512 with your Secret Key) before the order is marked paid — so the status stays correct even if the buyer closes the tab.
Connect Monnify to Evenda to sell tickets across Nigeria with bank transfer and cards, and settle to your own account.
