Subscription terms for new Evenda accounts

For new Evenda organizer accounts whose signup flow specifies the subscription requirement, a subscription must be set up before using the service. These terms apply to Evenda SaaS and do not change the terms of Oblakkarte.

In the web cabinet, subscriptions are set up through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Complete Paddle checkout and provide a payment method to start a free 14-day trial. The trial starts when Paddle creates the subscription, not when you register an Evenda account. Access opens after the subscription is confirmed.

No subscription fee is charged for the free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the payment method for the selected monthly or annual plan and renews it at the interval shown at checkout. The price, currency, applicable taxes and first billing date are shown before you confirm.

You can disable automatic renewal in the Billing section of your Evenda cabinet. Cancel before the billing date to prevent the next charge. Access continues until the end of the confirmed trial or paid period unless the subscription is terminated immediately. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

In the iOS and Android apps, accounts without a current Paddle subscription use App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Prices, trial eligibility and duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those purchases follow the terms shown by the respective store. An account with a current Paddle subscription uses that subscription across devices and must not purchase a second subscription in a store.

Accounts registered before the new subscription requirement retain their previously granted trial, paid period and agreed conditions. A later move to Paddle may include an additional 14-day Paddle trial if offered at checkout; existing periods are not changed automatically by this service update.

A free trial involves no subscription payment to refund. Charges after a trial are covered by the refund rules in this document and the terms of the payment provider or app store; the end of a trial does not remove applicable refund or statutory rights.

These provisions supplement the agreement and take precedence over inconsistent descriptions of signup, trial activation and billing for the accounts described above.

1. Soveltamisala

Tämä palautuskäytäntö koskee Evenda.io:n ohjelmistojen ja palveluiden käyttöoikeuksista maksavia asiakkaita (tapahtumien järjestäjiä), mukaan lukien hinnoittelupaketit ja niihin liittyvät toiminnot.

2. Tilaukseen liittyvä maksu

Kaikki tilaukseen liittyvät maksut peritään etukäteen säännöllisesti (kuukausittain tai vuosittain riippuen valitusta suunnitelmasta).

Tilauksen tekemällä sitoudut ostohetkellä esitettyihin maksuehtoihin.

3. Palautusehdot

Voit pyytää täyttä hyvitystä 14 päivän kuluessa maksun päivämäärästä. Hyvityspyynnön voit tehdä osoitteessa [email protected] tai henkilökohtaisen tilin kautta. Hyväksytyt hyvitykset käsitellään alkuperäisellä maksutavalla.

Alkuperäisen 14 päivän jakson jälkeen hyvitystä ei yleensä myönnetä seuraaville seikoille:

• osittain käytettyjen tilausjaksojen;
• käyttämättömien ominaisuuksien;
• maksun jälkeen palvelun käytöstä.

Lisäksi hyvitys voidaan myöntää Evenda.io:n harkinnan mukaan seuraavissa tapauksissa:

• kaksinkertainen veloitus;
• tekniset viat, jotka estävät pääsyn palveluun;
• laskutusvirheet.

4. Kokeilujakso (jos sovellettavissa)

Jos tarjolla on ilmainen kokeilujakso, asiakas vastaa itse tilauksen peruutuksesta ennen sen päättymistä.

5. Tilausperuutus

Asiakas voi peruuttaa tilauksen milloin tahansa.

Peruutus tulee voimaan nykyisen laskutuskauden lopussa.

Jäljellä olevalle jaksolle ei myönnetä suhteellista palautusta.

6. Maksujen käsittely

Maksuja voidaan käsitellä kolmansien osapuolien maksupalveluntarjoajien toimesta, mukaan lukien Paddle.

Tilauksien maksuihin liittyvät palautuspyynnöt ohjataan Evenda.io-tukeen. Hyväksytyn palautuksen käsittely tapahtuu samalla maksutavalla kuin alkuperäinen maksu.

7. Maksun takaisinperintä (chargeback)

On suositeltavaa ottaa yhteyttä Evenda.io-tukeen ennen chargebackin aloittamista.

Perusteettomat chargebackit voivat johtaa tilin keskeyttämiseen tai lopettamiseen.
