# Evenda

> Evenda (https://evenda.io) is a global SaaS ticketing and event-management platform for event organizers. Organizers create branded event pages, sell tickets online, accept payments directly to their own merchant accounts (0% platform commission on sales, fixed subscription pricing), and control entry with a QR-code check-in app. Evenda is software, not a marketplace or a payment intermediary: the organizer is the seller, and the money from ticket sales goes straight to the organizer's account.

## What Evenda is

Evenda is a subscription-based (SaaS) platform for people and companies that organize events: concerts, festivals, parties, theatre shows, workshops, courses, trainings and seminars, meetups, tours, hiking and outdoor activities, retreats, exhibitions, children's events, corporate events and online events.

Key principles:

- The organizer is always the seller. Evenda provides the technology (event pages, checkout, ticketing, entry control, analytics) and never holds buyers' funds.
- Payments are processed by a payment provider connected to the organizer's own legal entity (Stripe and other regional providers), so revenue is credited directly to the organizer's account, typically supporting bank cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where the provider allows.
- Pricing is a fixed subscription with 0% commission and no per-ticket fees. A free plan is available to launch a first event; paid plans (Basic / Pro / Ultimate) raise limits and unlock advanced tools such as API access and white-label.
- Multiple legal entities (including ones registered in different countries) can be managed from a single account, each with its own seller details and reporting.
- Publication in the public catalog is optional: organizers can sell only on their own branded pages, or additionally list events in the Evenda catalog.

## Main features

- Branded event landing pages with the organizer's logo, style and seller details, plus an optional storefront of all events (own custom domain available on the white-label plan).
- Online ticket sales and attendee registration, including free registration-only events and private (invitation-only) events.
- Electronic tickets with QR codes; a mobile check-in app for iOS and Android scans tickets, records attendance and prevents re-entry.
- Interactive seat maps and a catalog of ready-made venue seating charts.
- Sales analytics, UTM source tracking (tags are linked to orders automatically) and promo codes with effectiveness statistics.
- CRM for attendees, feedback collection and order management.
- Payment acceptance through the organizer's own acquiring, with support for multiple currencies (EUR, USD, RSD and others, depending on the provider).
- REST API for custom integrations (available by plan) — no development is required for a standard launch, which takes about 15 minutes.
- Organizer apps: web cabinet, mobile apps for iOS and Android, desktop apps for macOS and Windows.
