Amazon Payment Services onboards merchants across the Middle East and North Africa — including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, as well as Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain. One connection covers the region and settles in local currencies, with mada available for Saudi buyers.
Pricing and payouts
You connect your own Amazon Payment Services account, so card and wallet payments settle directly to you in your local currency. APS sets its processing fees by your agreement, and Evenda adds no platform fee of its own on ticket sales.
How to connect Amazon Payment Services and sell tickets
- Sign up for Amazon Payment Services and get your Merchant Identifier, Access Code, SHA Request Phrase and SHA Response Phrase.
- In Evenda, open Payment systems and choose Amazon Payment Services.
- Paste your credentials and phrases.
- Select the environment (production or test).
- Save the connection and publish the event.

Technical notes
Amazon Payment Services uses a Redirection flow: Evenda builds a signed POST form (the signature is computed with your SHA Request Phrase) to the hosted payment page and redirects the buyer. The result returns to the browser and, independently, as a server-to-server Direct Transaction Feedback that Evenda verifies with the SHA Response Phrase, marking the order paid on status 14 — so the status stays correct even if the buyer closes the tab.
