Before you launch your event in Saudi Arabia

How do I sell tickets online for my own event?

Create an Evenda account, add your event details and set up tickets. For paid events, connect your own eligible payment provider account. Check the purchase flow, then share the event page with your audience.

Can I manage conference registration and entry together?

Yes. Create a conference page, collect registrations and manage your guest list in Evenda. Give the entry team access to scan QR tickets with the app when attendees arrive.

Can attendees pay with mada in Saudi riyals?

Set prices in SAR and connect your own Saudi PayTabs or Geidea account. mada must be enabled and available for that account and checkout. Your provider determines activation, fees and settlement. Test the payment options before launch.

What does ticketing cost?

Review the Evenda subscription for the features and limits you need. Payment processing is separate and follows your provider agreement. Current Evenda plans are listed on the pricing page.

Can I sell tickets with assigned seats?
