Evenda is not a seller of tickets unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific case.

Evenda is not a party to the ticket purchase agreement between the buyer and the event organizer.

Evenda does not receive buyers' ticket payments to its own accounts unless expressly stated in a specific payment scenario or a separate agreement.

In all standard platform scenarios:

• the organizer is the seller of tickets;
• the organizer independently sets the terms of sale, participation, refunds, and customer service;
• the organizer independently receives payments to its bank accounts, payment system accounts, or other payment details belonging to it.
