Evenda is not a ticket seller, unless otherwise stated separately for a specific case.

Evenda is not a party to the ticket sales agreement between the purchaser and the event organizer.

Evenda does not take customers' money for tickets into its accounts, unless otherwise stated in a specific payment scenario or separate contract.

In all standard platform scenarios:

• the organizer is the ticket seller;
• the organizer determines the sale, participation, refunds and customer service terms independently;
• the organizer independently accepts payment to its bank accounts, its payment system accounts, or other payment details belonging to it.
