A private event starts with a clear invitation

Bring registration, tickets and check-in together for a company gathering, club event or VIP evening. Decide who receives the link and how your team admits guests.

0% is Evenda's commission on ticket sales. Subscription charges and your payment provider's fees are separate.

An event for your audience

Invite. Register. Welcome.

  1. Link in the invitation
  2. Registration and ticket
  3. Check at the entrance
An event planning flow, not a guest authentication mechanism.
01

Three stages of welcoming guests

01

Invitation

Share the event link with your chosen audience through your own channels. Include the date, venue and attendance conditions.

02

Registration

Prepare free registration or paid tickets. Collect the contact details and answers you need to run the event.

03

Check-in

Check QR tickets with the app. If admission is limited to named guests, give your team a separate procedure for checking the guest list.

02

Prepare your event

  1. Create the event and add its schedule, description and ticket categories.
  2. Define invitation and registration rules: who may receive the link and what guests need at the entrance.
  3. Open the page while signed out and check its appearance in public listings before sending invitations.
  4. Share the invitations and prepare the check-in app for the correct event.
03

An event link and admission are different

A link can be forwarded. Having it does not verify identity, approve an attendee or password-protect the page. Events with named admission need an additional guest check.

Direct-link mode and an unpublished draft serve different purposes. Before launch, check event visibility across the pages and channels you use.

04

Before sending invitations

  • It is clear who is invited and whether a ticket may be transferred.
  • The event page, registration flow and ticket email have been checked.
  • The team knows how to admit guests and handle disputed or already-used tickets.
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the link restrict access to invited guests?

No. A recipient can forward it. If only specific people may attend, arrange a separate guest check instead of relying on the URL alone.

Can I run a free event?

Yes, you can prepare free registration. Check the ticket categories and ticket delivery flow before sharing invitations.

How do I check guests in?

Use QR tickets and the check-in app. Ticket validation checks its status; named admission also requires your approved guest list.

Can I guarantee the page will stay out of search?

No absolute guarantee is possible. Visibility depends on publication settings, public links and search engine processing. Check the specific URL and settings before inviting guests.
