Money goes directly to the organizer's account, who is indicated as the seller on the event page. The platform provides a technical solution for sales and entry control and does not hold buyers' funds.
What payment methods are available to buyers?
Available payment methods depend on the country of registration of your company and the selected payment service through which payments go directly to your account. Typically, bank cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported if available from the connected provider.
Can tickets be sold under your own brand?
Yes. All event pages are designed under your brand — with logo, brand style and seller details. If needed, you can connect a showcase of all events as a separate page.
How does entry control work at events?
The buyer receives an electronic ticket with a QR code. At entry, a mobile app for controllers is used, which allows scanning and verifying tickets, recording attendance and preventing re-entry.
Are there limits on the number of events and tickets?
Limits depend on the selected plan. You can start with a basic plan and scale as sales grow.
Is technical integration needed to get started?
No. You can start selling without development and complex integration. An API is available for advanced scenarios (by plan).
