Refund Policy (SaaS)

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to payments made by customers (event organizers) for access to Evenda.io software and services, including subscription plans and related features.

2. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan).

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of payment. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] or submit a request through your personal dashboard. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

After the initial 14-day period, refunds are generally not provided for:

• partially used subscription periods;
• unused features;
• failure to use the service after purchase.

In addition, refunds may also be granted at Evenda.io’s sole discretion in the following cases:

• duplicate charges;
• technical issues preventing access to the service;
• billing errors.

4. Trial Period (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered, customers are responsible for canceling their subscription before the trial period ends.

No refunds will be issued for charges incurred after the trial period has expired.

5. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No prorated refunds are provided for the remaining period.

6. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed via third-party payment providers, including Paddle.

Refund requests related to subscription payments must be submitted to Evenda.io support. If applicable, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Evenda.io support before initiating a chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of the account.
