This Refund Policy applies to payments made by customers (event organizers) for access to Evenda.io software and services, including subscription plans and related features.
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan).
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

If a free trial is offered, customers are responsible for canceling their subscription before the trial period ends.
No refunds will be issued for charges incurred after the trial period has expired.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No prorated refunds are provided for the remaining period.
Payments may be processed via third-party payment providers, including Paddle.
Refund requests related to subscription payments must be submitted to Evenda.io support. If applicable, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Customers are encouraged to contact Evenda.io support before initiating a chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of the account.
