Pricing and payouts
You use your own Trustly account and pricing, and money settles directly to you. Evenda charges a 0% platform fee on ticket sales.
How to connect Trustly and sell tickets
- Get your Trustly API username and password and your private key.
- Have the Trustly public key and the environment value ready.
- In Evenda, open Payment systems and choose Trustly.
- Paste the values and save the connection.
- Publish the event — Trustly payments start working on the tickets page.

Technical notes
Evenda creates a deposit and redirects the buyer to a secure Trustly page, where they select a bank and confirm inside their online banking. Trustly then sends a signed notification that Evenda verifies against the Trustly public key, replying with a signed acknowledgement, and the order is marked paid only on a credit, even if the buyer closes the page.
