Subscription terms for new Evenda accounts

For new Evenda organizer accounts whose signup flow specifies the subscription requirement, a subscription must be set up before using the service. These terms apply to Evenda SaaS and do not change the terms of Oblakkarte.

In the web cabinet, subscriptions are set up through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Complete Paddle checkout and provide a payment method to start a free 14-day trial. The trial starts when Paddle creates the subscription, not when you register an Evenda account. Access opens after the subscription is confirmed.

No subscription fee is charged for the free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the payment method for the selected monthly or annual plan and renews it at the interval shown at checkout. The price, currency, applicable taxes and first billing date are shown before you confirm.

You can disable automatic renewal in the Billing section of your Evenda cabinet. Cancel before the billing date to prevent the next charge. Access continues until the end of the confirmed trial or paid period unless the subscription is terminated immediately. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

In the iOS and Android apps, accounts without a current Paddle subscription use App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Prices, trial eligibility and duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those purchases follow the terms shown by the respective store. An account with a current Paddle subscription uses that subscription across devices and must not purchase a second subscription in a store.

Accounts registered before the new subscription requirement retain their previously granted trial, paid period and agreed conditions. A later move to Paddle may include an additional 14-day Paddle trial if offered at checkout; existing periods are not changed automatically by this service update.

A free trial involves no subscription payment to refund. Charges after a trial are covered by the refund rules in this document and the terms of the payment provider or app store; the end of a trial does not remove applicable refund or statutory rights.

These provisions supplement the agreement and take precedence over inconsistent descriptions of signup, trial activation and billing for the accounts described above.

1. استعمال جو دائرو

هي واپسي پاليسي Evenda.io جي سافٽ ويئر ۽ خدمتن تائين رسائي لاءِ گراهڪن (واقعن جي منتظمين) جي ادائيگين تي لاڳو ٿئي ٿي، جن ۾ قيمتي منصوبا ۽ لاڳاپيل خصوصيتون شامل آهن.

2. سبسڪرپشن فيس

سڀ سبسڪرپشن ادائيگيون باقاعده بنياد تي اڳواٽ ورتيون وڃن ٿيون (هر مهيني يا هر سال — چونڊيل منصوبي جي لحاظ سان).

سبسڪرپشن ڪندي، توهان خريداري جي وقت پيش ڪيل ادائگي جون شرطون قبول ڪريو ٿا.

3. واپسي جون شرطون

ادا ڪرڻ جي تاريخ کان 14 ڏينهن اندر توهان مڪمل واپسي جي درخواست ڪري سگهو ٿا. واپسي لاءِ [email protected] تي رابطو ڪريو يا ذاتي اڪائونٽ ذريعي درخواست موڪلیو. منظور ٿيل واپسي اصل ادائيگي جي طريقي سان پروسيس ڪئي ويندي آهي.

ابتدائي 14-ڏينهن جي مدت ختم ٿيڻ بعد، عام طور تي واپسي نه ڏني ويندي آهي:

• جزوي طور استعمال ٿيل سبسڪرپشن جا دور;
• استعمال نه ٿيل خصوصيتون;
• ادائيگي کانپوءِ سروس جو استعمال نه ڪرڻ.

ان کان علاوه، Evenda.io جي صوابداري سان هيٺين حالتن ۾ واپسي ڏني ويندي آهي:

• دو ڀيرا چارج ٿيڻ؛
• ٽيڪنيڪل خرابيون جيڪي سروس تائين رسائي کي روڪين؛
• بلنگ ۾ غلطيون.

4. آزمائشي مدت (جيڪڏهن لاڳو ٿئي)

جيڪڏهن مفت آزمائش واري مدت مهيا ڪئي وڃي، گراهڪ پاڻ سبسڪرپشن کي ختم ڪرڻ جو ذميوار آهي ان جي پڇاڙي تائين.

5. سبسڪرپشن جي منسوخي

گراهک ڪنهن به وقت سبسڪرپشن کي منسوخ ڪري سگهي ٿو.

منسوخي موجوده بلنگ دور ختم ٿيڻ تي نافذ ٿئي ٿي.

باقي عرصي لاءِ تناسبي واپسي فراهم نه ڪئي ويندي.

6. ادائيگين جي پروسيسنگ

ادائيگيون ٽئين پارٽي ادائيگي فراهم ڪندڙ طرفان پروسيس ٿي سگهن ٿيون، جنهن ۾ Paddle به شامل آهي.

سبسڪرپشن ادائيگين جي واپسي جون درخواستون Evenda.io جي سپورٽ ڏانهن موڪليون وڃن ٿيون. منظوري جي صورت ۾ واپسي انهي ئي ادائيگيءَ جي طريقي سان جاري ڪئي ويندي جيڪو اصل ادائيگي لاءِ استعمال ٿيل هو.

7. ادائيگي جي چارج بيڪ

چارج بيڪ شروع ڪرڻ کان اڳ Evenda.io جي سپورٽ سان رابطو ڪرڻ جي صلاح ڏني وڃي.

غير بجا چارج بيڪ اکائونٽ جي معطلي يا بند ٿيڻ جو سبب بڻجي سگهن ٿا.
