Subscription terms for new Evenda accounts

For new Evenda organizer accounts whose signup flow specifies the subscription requirement, a subscription must be set up before using the service. These terms apply to Evenda SaaS and do not change the terms of Oblakkarte.

In the web cabinet, subscriptions are set up through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Complete Paddle checkout and provide a payment method to start a free 14-day trial. The trial starts when Paddle creates the subscription, not when you register an Evenda account. Access opens after the subscription is confirmed.

No subscription fee is charged for the free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the payment method for the selected monthly or annual plan and renews it at the interval shown at checkout. The price, currency, applicable taxes and first billing date are shown before you confirm.

You can disable automatic renewal in the Billing section of your Evenda cabinet. Cancel before the billing date to prevent the next charge. Access continues until the end of the confirmed trial or paid period unless the subscription is terminated immediately. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

In the iOS and Android apps, accounts without a current Paddle subscription use App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Prices, trial eligibility and duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those purchases follow the terms shown by the respective store. An account with a current Paddle subscription uses that subscription across devices and must not purchase a second subscription in a store.

Accounts registered before the new subscription requirement retain their previously granted trial, paid period and agreed conditions. A later move to Paddle may include an additional 14-day Paddle trial if offered at checkout; existing periods are not changed automatically by this service update.

A free trial involves no subscription payment to refund. Charges after a trial are covered by the refund rules in this document and the terms of the payment provider or app store; the end of a trial does not remove applicable refund or statutory rights.

These provisions supplement the agreement and take precedence over inconsistent descriptions of signup, trial activation and billing for the accounts described above.

2. වාරික ගාස්තුව

සියලු වාරික ගෙවීම් පෙර ගෙවා කටයුතු කරන සෘජු ක්‍රමයකි (මාසික හෝ වසරකට වරක් — තෝරාගත් සැලසුමට අනුව).

සබස් ලබා ගැනීමට නියම කරන්නේ මිලදී ගැනීමේ මොහොතේ ඉදිරිපත් කරන ගෙවීම් කොන්දේසි වලට ඔබ එකඟ වන බවයි.

3. ආපසු ගෙවීම් කොන්දේසි

ගෙවීම් දිනයෙන් දින 14ක් ඇතුළත ඔබට සම්පූර්ණ මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීමක් ඉල්ලා සිටිය හැක. ආපසු ගෙවීමක් සඳහා [email protected] හි අප හා සම්බන්ධ වන්න හෝ පersonal dashboard හරහා ඉල්ලීමක් යොමු කරන්න. අනුමත ආපසු ගෙවීම් මුල් ගෙවීම් ක්‍රමය හරහා සැකසේ.

ආරම්භක දින 14ක කාලයෙන් පසු, සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ආපසු ගෙවීම් සපයන්නේ නැත:

• අඩු භාවිත කරනු ලැබූ කාල සගරාවන්;
• භාවිත නොකරන ලද ක්‍රියාසුළුන්;
• ගෙවීමෙන් පසු සේවාව භාවිත නොකිරීම.

ඊට අමතරව, Evenda.io හි විචාරය අනුව පහත අවස්ථාවල ආපසු ගෙවීම් ලබා දිය හැක:

• දෙගුණ අතුරුදැක්වීම්;
• තාක්ෂණ දෝෂ, සේවාවට ප්‍රවේශය බාධා කරනවා;
• ගිණුම් ගණනේ දෝෂ.

4. ප්‍රයෝගික කාලය (අදාළ නම්)

නොමිලේ ප්‍රෝබ් කාලයක් ලබා දෙනවා නම්, ගනුදෙනුව අවසන් වීමට පෙර සබස් අවලංගු කිරීමට ඔබ විසින් ස්වයං වගකීමක් ගනුදෙනුකරුවාට ඇත.

5. සබ්ස්ක්‍රිප්ෂන් අවලංගු කිරීම

ග්‍රාහකයාට ඕනෑම විටක සබ්ස්ක්‍රිප්ෂන් අවලංගු කළහැක.

වත්මන් ගෙවීම් කාලය අවසන් වීමේදි අවලංගු කිරීම ක්‍රියාත්මක වේ.

අවශේෂ කාලය සඳහා අනුපාතික ආපසු ගෙවීමක් සැපයු නොවේ.

6. ගෙවීම් සැකසීම

ගෙවීම් Paddle ඇතුළු තෙවන පක්ෂ ගෙවීම් සැකසිය හැක.

සාමාජික ගෙවීම් සඳහා ආපසු ගෙවීම් ඉල්ලීම් Evenda.io සහායට යොමු කෙරේ. අනුමත වූ විට ආපසු ගෙවීම මුල් ගෙවීමේ මාර්ගය සමග සමාන මාර්ගයෙන් ක්‍රියාත්මක වේ.

7. ගෙවීමේ චාජ්බැක් (chargeback)

Chargeback ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට පෙර Evenda.io සහාය සමඟ සම්බන්ධ වීම නිර්දේශ කෙරේ.

අනුමාන නොවන chargeback මගින් ගිණුම අත්හරින හෝ ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වය අත්හරින හෝ අවසන් විය හැක.
