Subscription terms for new Evenda accounts

For new Evenda organizer accounts whose signup flow specifies the subscription requirement, a subscription must be set up before using the service. These terms apply to Evenda SaaS and do not change the terms of Oblakkarte.

In the web cabinet, subscriptions are set up through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Complete Paddle checkout and provide a payment method to start a free 14-day trial. The trial starts when Paddle creates the subscription, not when you register an Evenda account. Access opens after the subscription is confirmed.

No subscription fee is charged for the free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the payment method for the selected monthly or annual plan and renews it at the interval shown at checkout. The price, currency, applicable taxes and first billing date are shown before you confirm.

You can disable automatic renewal in the Billing section of your Evenda cabinet. Cancel before the billing date to prevent the next charge. Access continues until the end of the confirmed trial or paid period unless the subscription is terminated immediately. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

In the iOS and Android apps, accounts without a current Paddle subscription use App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Prices, trial eligibility and duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those purchases follow the terms shown by the respective store. An account with a current Paddle subscription uses that subscription across devices and must not purchase a second subscription in a store.

Accounts registered before the new subscription requirement retain their previously granted trial, paid period and agreed conditions. A later move to Paddle may include an additional 14-day Paddle trial if offered at checkout; existing periods are not changed automatically by this service update.

A free trial involves no subscription payment to refund. Charges after a trial are covered by the refund rules in this document and the terms of the payment provider or app store; the end of a trial does not remove applicable refund or statutory rights.

These provisions supplement the agreement and take precedence over inconsistent descriptions of signup, trial activation and billing for the accounts described above.

1. Yankin amfani

2. Kudin rajista

Dukkan kuɗin rajista ana karɓa a gaba (kowane wata ko shekara-shekara — gwargwadon shirin da aka zaɓa).

Ta yin rijista, kuna amincewa da sharuɗɗan biyan kuɗi da aka gabatar a lokacin siyan.

3. Sharuɗɗan dawowa

Kuna iya neman cikakken dawowa cikin kwanaki 14 daga ranar biyan kuɗi. Don neman dawowa, tuntube mu a [email protected] ko aika buƙata ta hanyar asusun ku na sirri. Ana aiwatar da dawowar da aka amince da ita ta hanyar asalin hanyar biyan kuɗi.

Bayan farkon lokacin kwanaki 14, yawanci ba a bayar da dawowa ba don:

• lokutan rajista da aka yi amfani da su;
• fasalulluka ba a yi amfani da su ba;
• ba a yi amfani da sabis ɗin bayan biya ba.

Bugu da kari, ana iya bayar da dawowa bisa ga yanke shawara ta Evenda.io a waɗannan lokutan:

• biyan kuɗi sau biyu;
• kurakuran fasaha da ke hana samun damar sabis;
• kuskuren fitar da lissafin kuɗi.

4. Lokacin gwaji (idan ya dace)

Idan ana bayar da lokacin gwaji kyauta, abokin ciniki ne ke da alhakin soke rijista kafin ya ƙare.

5. Dakatar da rajistar

Abokin ciniki na iya dakatar da rajistar a kowane lokaci.

Dakatarwar ta fara aiki a karshen lokacin biyan kuɗi na yanzu.

Ba a ba da dawowar bisa kaso ga ragowar lokacin ba.

6. Sarrafa biyan kuɗi

Biyan kuɗi na iya sarrafawa ta masu samar da biyan kuɗi na ɓangare na uku, ciki har da Paddle.

Neman dawowa ga biya na rajistar ana aika su zuwa tallafin Evenda.io. Idan an amince, dawowar za a yi ta hanyar amfani da irin wannan hanyar biya da ta asali.

7. Kalubalantar biyan kuɗi (chargeback)

An fi ba da shawara a tuntuɓi tallafin Evenda.io kafin fara chargeback.

Chargeback marasa tushe na iya jawo dakatarwa ko ƙarewar aiki na asusun.
