Subscription terms for new Evenda accounts

For new Evenda organizer accounts whose signup flow specifies the subscription requirement, a subscription must be set up before using the service. These terms apply to Evenda SaaS and do not change the terms of Oblakkarte.

In the web cabinet, subscriptions are set up through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Complete Paddle checkout and provide a payment method to start a free 14-day trial. The trial starts when Paddle creates the subscription, not when you register an Evenda account. Access opens after the subscription is confirmed.

No subscription fee is charged for the free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the payment method for the selected monthly or annual plan and renews it at the interval shown at checkout. The price, currency, applicable taxes and first billing date are shown before you confirm.

You can disable automatic renewal in the Billing section of your Evenda cabinet. Cancel before the billing date to prevent the next charge. Access continues until the end of the confirmed trial or paid period unless the subscription is terminated immediately. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

In the iOS and Android apps, accounts without a current Paddle subscription use App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Prices, trial eligibility and duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those purchases follow the terms shown by the respective store. An account with a current Paddle subscription uses that subscription across devices and must not purchase a second subscription in a store.

Accounts registered before the new subscription requirement retain their previously granted trial, paid period and agreed conditions. A later move to Paddle may include an additional 14-day Paddle trial if offered at checkout; existing periods are not changed automatically by this service update.

A free trial involves no subscription payment to refund. Charges after a trial are covered by the refund rules in this document and the terms of the payment provider or app store; the end of a trial does not remove applicable refund or statutory rights.

These provisions supplement the agreement and take precedence over inconsistent descriptions of signup, trial activation and billing for the accounts described above.

1. Âmbito de aplicação

Esta Política de reembolso aplica-se aos pagamentos dos clientes (organizadores de eventos) pelo acesso ao software e aos serviços Evenda.io, incluindo planos de tarifas e funções associadas.

2. Taxa de assinatura

Todos os pagamentos de assinatura são cobrados antecipadamente de forma regular (mensalmente ou anualmente — dependendo do plano escolhido).

Ao fazer a assinatura, você concorda com os termos de pagamento apresentados no momento da compra.

3. Condições de reembolso

Você pode solicitar reembolso integral em até 14 dias a partir da data do pagamento. Para solicitar, entre em contato em [email protected] ou envie uma solicitação pelo seu painel pessoal. Reembolsos aprovados são processados pelo método de pagamento original.

Após o período inicial de 14 dias, reembolsos geralmente não são fornecidos para:

• períodos de assinatura parcialmente utilizados;
• funções não utilizadas;
• não utilização do serviço após o pagamento.

Além disso, o reembolso pode ser concedido a critério da Evenda.io nos seguintes casos:

• cobrança dupla;
• falhas técnicas que impedem o acesso ao serviço;
• erros de faturamento.

4. Período de teste (se aplicável)

Se for oferecido um período de teste gratuito, o cliente é responsável por cancelar a assinatura antes de terminar.

5. Cancelamento da assinatura

O cliente pode cancelar a assinatura a qualquer momento.

O cancelamento entra em vigor ao término do atual período de faturamento.

Não há reembolso proporcional pelo período restante.

6. Processamento de pagamentos

Os pagamentos podem ser processados por provedores de pagamento terceirizados, incluindo Paddle.

Solicitações de reembolso de pagamentos de assinatura são encaminhadas para o suporte da Evenda.io. Ao aprovar, o reembolso é efetuado pelo mesmo método de pagamento utilizado na transação original.

7. Contestação de pagamento (chargeback)

Recomenda-se entrar em contato com o suporte da Evenda.io antes de iniciar a chargeback.

Chargebacks indevidos podem levar à suspensão ou encerramento da conta.
