Subscription terms for new Evenda accounts

For new Evenda organizer accounts whose signup flow specifies the subscription requirement, a subscription must be set up before using the service. These terms apply to Evenda SaaS and do not change the terms of Oblakkarte.

In the web cabinet, subscriptions are set up through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Complete Paddle checkout and provide a payment method to start a free 14-day trial. The trial starts when Paddle creates the subscription, not when you register an Evenda account. Access opens after the subscription is confirmed.

No subscription fee is charged for the free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the payment method for the selected monthly or annual plan and renews it at the interval shown at checkout. The price, currency, applicable taxes and first billing date are shown before you confirm.

You can disable automatic renewal in the Billing section of your Evenda cabinet. Cancel before the billing date to prevent the next charge. Access continues until the end of the confirmed trial or paid period unless the subscription is terminated immediately. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

In the iOS and Android apps, accounts without a current Paddle subscription use App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Prices, trial eligibility and duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those purchases follow the terms shown by the respective store. An account with a current Paddle subscription uses that subscription across devices and must not purchase a second subscription in a store.

Accounts registered before the new subscription requirement retain their previously granted trial, paid period and agreed conditions. A later move to Paddle may include an additional 14-day Paddle trial if offered at checkout; existing periods are not changed automatically by this service update.

A free trial involves no subscription payment to refund. Charges after a trial are covered by the refund rules in this document and the terms of the payment provider or app store; the end of a trial does not remove applicable refund or statutory rights.

These provisions supplement the agreement and take precedence over inconsistent descriptions of signup, trial activation and billing for the accounts described above.

1. Uygulama Alanı

Bu İade Politikası, Evenda.io yazılımı ve Evenda.io hizmetlerine erişim için müşterilerin (etkinlik organizatörlerinin) yaptığı ödemeleri kapsar; bunlar abonelik planları ve ilgili özellikler dahildir.

2. Abonelik Ücreti

Tüm abonelik ödemeleri, seçilen plana bağlı olarak aylık veya yıllık olarak önceden tahsil edilir.

Bir abonelik satın alırken, satın alma anında sunulan ödeme şartlarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

3. İade Koşulları

Ödeme tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde tam geri ödeme talep edebilirsiniz. Geri ödeme talebi için [email protected] adresinden bize ulaşın veya kişisel hesabınız üzerinden talep gönderin. Onaylanan geri ödemeler orijinal ödeme yöntemiyle işlenir.

İlk 14 günlük sürenin ardından genellikle şu durumlarda geri ödeme yapılmaz:

• kısmen kullanılmış abonelik süreleri;
• kullanılmayan özellikler;
• ödeme yapıldıktan sonra hizmetin kullanılmaması.

Buna ek olarak, Evenda.io’nun takdirine bağlı olarak aşağıdaki durumlarda geri ödeme sağlanabilir:

• çifte faturalandırma;
• hizmete erişimi engelleyen teknik arızalar;
• faturalandırma hataları.

4. Deneme Süresi (uygulanıyorsa)

Ücretsiz bir deneme süresi sunulması durumunda, müşteri aboneliği süresi dolmadan önce iptal etmekten kendisi sorumludur.

5. Aboneliğin İptali

Müşteri her zaman aboneliği iptal edebilir.

İptal, mevcut faturalama dönemi sonunda yürürlüğe girer.

Kalan süre için orantısal geri ödeme yapılmaz.

6. Ödeme İşlemleri

Ödemeler Paddle dahil olmak üzere üçüncü taraf ödeme sağlayıcıları tarafından işlenebilir.

Abonelik ödemelerine ilişkin iade talepleri Evenda.io destek ekibine iletilir. Onaylandığında iade, orijinal ödemenin aynı ödeme yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilir.

7. Ödeme İtirabı (chargeback)

Chargeback başlatmadan önce Evenda.io desteğiyle iletişime geçmeniz önerilir.

Gerekçesiz chargeback'ler hesabın askıya alınmasına veya hesap kapatılmasına yol açabilir.
