Subscription terms for new Evenda accounts

For new Evenda organizer accounts whose signup flow specifies the subscription requirement, a subscription must be set up before using the service. These terms apply to Evenda SaaS and do not change the terms of Oblakkarte.

In the web cabinet, subscriptions are set up through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Complete Paddle checkout and provide a payment method to start a free 14-day trial. The trial starts when Paddle creates the subscription, not when you register an Evenda account. Access opens after the subscription is confirmed.

No subscription fee is charged for the free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the payment method for the selected monthly or annual plan and renews it at the interval shown at checkout. The price, currency, applicable taxes and first billing date are shown before you confirm.

You can disable automatic renewal in the Billing section of your Evenda cabinet. Cancel before the billing date to prevent the next charge. Access continues until the end of the confirmed trial or paid period unless the subscription is terminated immediately. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

In the iOS and Android apps, accounts without a current Paddle subscription use App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Prices, trial eligibility and duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those purchases follow the terms shown by the respective store. An account with a current Paddle subscription uses that subscription across devices and must not purchase a second subscription in a store.

Accounts registered before the new subscription requirement retain their previously granted trial, paid period and agreed conditions. A later move to Paddle may include an additional 14-day Paddle trial if offered at checkout; existing periods are not changed automatically by this service update.

A free trial involves no subscription payment to refund. Charges after a trial are covered by the refund rules in this document and the terms of the payment provider or app store; the end of a trial does not remove applicable refund or statutory rights.

These provisions supplement the agreement and take precedence over inconsistent descriptions of signup, trial activation and billing for the accounts described above.

1. Πεδίο εφαρμογής

Η παρούσα Πολιτική επιστροφών καλύπτει τις πληρωμές πελατών (διοργανωτών εκδηλώσεων) για πρόσβαση σε λογισμικό και υπηρεσίες Evenda.io, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των σχεδίων τιμολόγησης και των σχετικών λειτουργιών.

2. Χρέωση συνδρομής

Όλες οι συνδρομητικές πληρωμές χρεώνονται εκ των προτέρων σε τακτική βάση (μηνιαία ή ετήσια — ανάλογα με το επιλεγμένο σχέδιο).

Όταν εγγραφείτε σε συνδρομή, συμφωνείτε με τους όρους πληρωμής που παρουσιάζονται τη στιγμή της αγοράς.

3. Όροι επιστροφών

Μπορείτε να ζητήσετε πλήρη επιστροφή χρημάτων εντός 14 ημερών από την ημερομηνία πληρωμής. Για να ζητήσετε επιστροφή, επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας στο [email protected] ή υποβάλετε αίτημα μέσω του προσωπικού σας λογαριασμού. Οι εγκεκριμένες επιστροφές διεκπεραιώνονται μέσω της αρχικής μεθόδου πληρωμής.

Μετά τη λήξη της αρχικής περιόδου 14 ημερών, γενικά δεν παρέχεται επιστροφή για:

• μερικώς χρησιμοποιημένων περιόδων συνδρομής;
• λειτουργιών που δεν χρησιμοποιήθηκαν;
• μη χρήση της υπηρεσίας μετά την πληρωμή.

Επιπλέον, επιστροφή μπορεί να χορηγηθεί κατά την κρίση της Evenda.io στις ακόλουθες περιπτώσεις:

• διπλή χρέωση;
• τεχνικά σφάλματα, που εμποδίζουν την πρόσβαση στην υπηρεσία;
• σφάλματα τιμολόγησης.

4. Δοκιμαστική περίοδος (εφόσον ισχύει)

Αν προσφέρεται δωρεάν περίοδος δοκιμής, ο πελάτης είναι υπεύθυνος μόνος του για τη μη ακύρωση της συνδρομής πριν από τη λήξη.

5. Ακύρωση συνδρομής

Ο πελάτης μπορεί να ακυρώσει τη συνδρομή ανά πάσα στιγμή.

Η ακύρωση τίθεται σε ισχύ με τη λήξη της τρέχουσας περιόδου χρέωσης.

Δεν παρέχεται επιστροφή ανάλογη με την υπόλοιπη περίοδο.

6. Επεξεργασία πληρωμών

Οι πληρωμές μπορούν να επεξεργάζονται από εξωτερικούς παρόχους πληρωμών, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Paddle.

Τα αιτήματα επιστροφής για πληρωμές συνδρομής αποστέλλονται στην υποστήριξη Evenda.io. Με την έγκριση της επιστροφής, η επιστροφή γίνεται με τον ίδιο τρόπο πληρωμής που χρησιμοποιήθηκε στην αρχική χρέωση.

7. Αμφισβήτηση χρέωσης (chargeback)

Συνιστάται να επικοινωνήσετε με την υποστήριξη Evenda.io πριν από την έναρξη της διαδικασίας chargeback.

Οι αβάσιμες χρεώσεις επιστροφής (chargebacks) μπορούν να οδηγήσουν σε αναστολή ή διακοπή της λειτουργίας του λογαριασμού.
