Subscription terms for new Evenda accounts

For new Evenda organizer accounts whose signup flow specifies the subscription requirement, a subscription must be set up before using the service. These terms apply to Evenda SaaS and do not change the terms of Oblakkarte.

In the web cabinet, subscriptions are set up through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Complete Paddle checkout and provide a payment method to start a free 14-day trial. The trial starts when Paddle creates the subscription, not when you register an Evenda account. Access opens after the subscription is confirmed.

No subscription fee is charged for the free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the payment method for the selected monthly or annual plan and renews it at the interval shown at checkout. The price, currency, applicable taxes and first billing date are shown before you confirm.

You can disable automatic renewal in the Billing section of your Evenda cabinet. Cancel before the billing date to prevent the next charge. Access continues until the end of the confirmed trial or paid period unless the subscription is terminated immediately. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

In the iOS and Android apps, accounts without a current Paddle subscription use App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Prices, trial eligibility and duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those purchases follow the terms shown by the respective store. An account with a current Paddle subscription uses that subscription across devices and must not purchase a second subscription in a store.

Accounts registered before the new subscription requirement retain their previously granted trial, paid period and agreed conditions. A later move to Paddle may include an additional 14-day Paddle trial if offered at checkout; existing periods are not changed automatically by this service update.

A free trial involves no subscription payment to refund. Charges after a trial are covered by the refund rules in this document and the terms of the payment provider or app store; the end of a trial does not remove applicable refund or statutory rights.

These provisions supplement the agreement and take precedence over inconsistent descriptions of signup, trial activation and billing for the accounts described above.

1. Anwendungsbereich

Diese Rückerstattungsrichtlinie gilt für Zahlungen von Kunden (Veranstaltern von Veranstaltungen) für den Zugriff auf Evenda.io-Software und -Dienste, einschließlich Tarifplänen und zugehöriger Funktionen.

2. Abonnementgebühren

Alle Abonnementzahlungen werden im Voraus regelmäßig eingezogen (monatlich oder jährlich — je nach dem gewählten Plan).

Indem Sie ein Abonnement abschließen, akzeptieren Sie die zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs angegebenen Zahlungsbedingungen.

3. Rückerstattungsbedingungen

Sie können innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab dem Zahlungsdatum eine vollständige Rückerstattung beantragen. Wenden Sie sich dafür an [email protected] oder reichen Sie eine Anfrage über Ihr persönliches Dashboard ein. Genehmigte Rückerstattungen werden über die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode abgewickelt.

Nach Ablauf der anfänglichen 14-Tage-Frist werden Rückerstattungen in der Regel nicht gewährt für:

• teilweise genutzte Abonnementzeiträume;
• nicht genutzte Funktionen;
• nicht genutzter Service nach Zahlung.

Darüber hinaus kann eine Rückerstattung nach Ermessen von Evenda.io in folgenden Fällen gewährt werden:

• Doppelte Abrechnung;
• technische Störungen, die den Zugriff auf den Dienst verhindern;
• Fehler bei der Abrechnung.

4. Probezeit (falls zutreffend)

Wenn eine kostenlose Probezeit angeboten wird, ist der Kunde selbst dafür verantwortlich, das Abonnement vor dem Ende zu kündigen.

5. Kündigung des Abonnements

Der Kunde kann das Abonnement jederzeit kündigen.

Die Kündigung tritt am Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums in Kraft.

Eine anteilige Rückerstattung für den verbleibenden Zeitraum wird nicht gewährt.

6. Zahlungsabwicklung

Zahlungen können von Drittanbietern, einschließlich Paddle, verarbeitet werden.

Anfragen zu Rückerstattungen von Abonnementzahlungen richten Sie an den Evenda.io-Support. Bei Genehmigung wird die Rückerstattung auf dieselbe Zahlungsmethode erfolgen wie die ursprüngliche Zahlung.

7. Rückbuchung der Zahlung (Chargeback)

Es wird empfohlen, sich vor der Initiierung eines Chargebacks an den Evenda.io-Support zu wenden.

Unberechtigte Chargebacks können zur Aussetzung oder Beendigung des Kontos führen.
