Subscription terms for new Evenda accounts

For new Evenda organizer accounts whose signup flow specifies the subscription requirement, a subscription must be set up before using the service. These terms apply to Evenda SaaS and do not change the terms of Oblakkarte.

In the web cabinet, subscriptions are set up through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Complete Paddle checkout and provide a payment method to start a free 14-day trial. The trial starts when Paddle creates the subscription, not when you register an Evenda account. Access opens after the subscription is confirmed.

No subscription fee is charged for the free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the payment method for the selected monthly or annual plan and renews it at the interval shown at checkout. The price, currency, applicable taxes and first billing date are shown before you confirm.

You can disable automatic renewal in the Billing section of your Evenda cabinet. Cancel before the billing date to prevent the next charge. Access continues until the end of the confirmed trial or paid period unless the subscription is terminated immediately. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

In the iOS and Android apps, accounts without a current Paddle subscription use App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Prices, trial eligibility and duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those purchases follow the terms shown by the respective store. An account with a current Paddle subscription uses that subscription across devices and must not purchase a second subscription in a store.

Accounts registered before the new subscription requirement retain their previously granted trial, paid period and agreed conditions. A later move to Paddle may include an additional 14-day Paddle trial if offered at checkout; existing periods are not changed automatically by this service update.

A free trial involves no subscription payment to refund. Charges after a trial are covered by the refund rules in this document and the terms of the payment provider or app store; the end of a trial does not remove applicable refund or statutory rights.

These provisions supplement the agreement and take precedence over inconsistent descriptions of signup, trial activation and billing for the accounts described above.

2. Phí thuê bao

3. Điều kiện hoàn tiền

Bạn có thể yêu cầu hoàn tiền toàn bộ trong vòng 14 ngày kể từ ngày thanh toán. Để yêu cầu hoàn tiền, liên hệ với chúng tôi tại [email protected] hoặc gửi yêu cầu qua tài khoản cá nhân. Các khoản hoàn tiền được phê duyệt sẽ được xử lý qua phương thức thanh toán ban đầu.

Sau thời gian 14 ngày ban đầu, hoàn tiền thông thường không được cung cấp cho:

• các giai đoạn đăng ký đã sử dụng một phần;
• các chức năng chưa được sử dụng;
• không sử dụng dịch vụ sau khi thanh toán.

Ngoài ra, hoàn tiền có thể được cấp theo quyết định của Evenda.io trong các trường hợp sau:

• hai lần ghi nợ;
• lỗi kỹ thuật khiến ngừng truy cập dịch vụ;
• lỗi hóa đơn.

4. Thời gian dùng thử (nếu áp dụng)

Nếu có thời gian dùng thử miễn phí được cung cấp, khách hàng tự chịu trách nhiệm hủy đăng ký trước khi kết thúc.

5. Hủy đăng ký

Khách hàng có thể hủy đăng ký bất cứ lúc nào.

Việc hủy có hiệu lực sau khi kỳ thanh toán hiện tại kết thúc.

Không được hoàn trả theo tỷ lệ cho phần còn lại của kỳ thanh toán.

6. Xử lý thanh toán

Các thanh toán có thể được xử lý bởi các nhà cung cấp thanh toán bên thứ ba, bao gồm Paddle.

Các yêu cầu hoàn trả cho thanh toán đăng ký được gửi tới bộ phận hỗ trợ Evenda.io. Khi được duyệt, hoàn trả được thực hiện bằng cùng phương thức thanh toán như thanh toán gốc.

7. Phản đối thanh toán (chargeback)

Nên liên hệ với bộ phận hỗ trợ Evenda.io trước khi khởi xướng chargeback.

Các chargeback vô căn cứ có thể dẫn đến việc tạm ngừng hoặc chấm dứt hoạt động của tài khoản.
