Subscription terms for new Evenda accounts

For new Evenda organizer accounts whose signup flow specifies the subscription requirement, a subscription must be set up before using the service. These terms apply to Evenda SaaS and do not change the terms of Oblakkarte.

In the web cabinet, subscriptions are set up through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Complete Paddle checkout and provide a payment method to start a free 14-day trial. The trial starts when Paddle creates the subscription, not when you register an Evenda account. Access opens after the subscription is confirmed.

No subscription fee is charged for the free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the payment method for the selected monthly or annual plan and renews it at the interval shown at checkout. The price, currency, applicable taxes and first billing date are shown before you confirm.

You can disable automatic renewal in the Billing section of your Evenda cabinet. Cancel before the billing date to prevent the next charge. Access continues until the end of the confirmed trial or paid period unless the subscription is terminated immediately. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

In the iOS and Android apps, accounts without a current Paddle subscription use App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Prices, trial eligibility and duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those purchases follow the terms shown by the respective store. An account with a current Paddle subscription uses that subscription across devices and must not purchase a second subscription in a store.

Accounts registered before the new subscription requirement retain their previously granted trial, paid period and agreed conditions. A later move to Paddle may include an additional 14-day Paddle trial if offered at checkout; existing periods are not changed automatically by this service update.

A free trial involves no subscription payment to refund. Charges after a trial are covered by the refund rules in this document and the terms of the payment provider or app store; the end of a trial does not remove applicable refund or statutory rights.

These provisions supplement the agreement and take precedence over inconsistent descriptions of signup, trial activation and billing for the accounts described above.

۱. دامنه کاربرد

این سیاست بازپرداخت به پرداخت‌های مشتریان (سازمان‌دهندگان رویدادها) برای دسترسی به نرم‌افزار و خدمات Evenda.io، از جمله طرح‌های تعرفه و قابلیت‌های مرتبط، اعمال می‌شود.

۲. هزینه اشتراک

تمام پرداخت‌های اشتراک به صورت پیش‌پرداخت و به‌طور منظم (ماهانه یا سالانه — بسته به طرح انتخاب‌شده) دریافت می‌شود.

با ثبت‌نام در اشتراک، شما با شرایط پرداخت ارائه‌شده در زمان خرید موافقت می‌کنید.

۳. شرایط بازپرداخت

می‌توانید ظرف ۱۴ روز از تاریخ پرداخت، درخواست بازپرداخت کامل دهید. برای درخواست بازپرداخت با [email protected] تماس بگیرید یا از طریق پنل شخصی درخواست ارسال کنید. بازپرداخت‌های تأییدشده از طریق همان روش پرداخت اولیه انجام می‌شود.

پس از پایان دوره اولیه ۱۴ روزه، معمولاً بازپرداخت برای موارد زیر ارائه نمی‌شود:

• دوره‌های اشتراک که به طور جزئی استفاده شده‌اند؛
• ویژگی‌های استفاده نشده؛
• استفاده‌نشده از سرویس پس از پرداخت.

علاوه بر این، بازپرداخت ممکن است به تشخیص Evenda.io در موارد زیر انجام شود:

• شارژ دوگانه;
• خطاهای فنی که دسترسی به سرویس را مختل می‌کنند;
• خطاهای صدور صورتحساب.

۴. دوره آزمایشی (در صورت وجود)

اگر دوره آزمایشی رایگان ارائه می‌شود، مشتری به‌صورت مستقل مسئول لغو اشتراک تا پایان دوره است.

۵. لغو اشتراک

مشتری می‌تواند اشتراک را در هر زمان لغو کند.

لغو با پایان دوره محاسبه فعلی اعمال می‌شود.

بازپرداخت متناسب برای دوره باقی‌مانده ارائه نمی‌شود.

۶. پردازش پرداخت‌ها

پرداخت‌ها ممکن است توسط ارائه‌دهندگان پرداخت ثالث، از جمله Paddle، پردازش شوند.

درخواست‌های بازپرداخت مربوط به پرداخت‌های اشتراک به پشتیبانی Evenda.io ارسال می‌شود. در صورت تایید، بازپرداخت از همان روش پرداختی که پرداخت اولیه داشت انجام می‌شود.

۷. اعتراض به پرداخت (chargeback)

توصیه می‌شود قبل از شروع chargeback با پشتیبانی Evenda.io تماس بگیرید.

chargebackهای غیرموجه ممکن است منجر به تعلیق یا خاتمه کارکرد حساب شود.
