Subscription terms for new Evenda accounts

For new Evenda organizer accounts whose signup flow specifies the subscription requirement, a subscription must be set up before using the service. These terms apply to Evenda SaaS and do not change the terms of Oblakkarte.

In the web cabinet, subscriptions are set up through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Complete Paddle checkout and provide a payment method to start a free 14-day trial. The trial starts when Paddle creates the subscription, not when you register an Evenda account. Access opens after the subscription is confirmed.

No subscription fee is charged for the free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the payment method for the selected monthly or annual plan and renews it at the interval shown at checkout. The price, currency, applicable taxes and first billing date are shown before you confirm.

You can disable automatic renewal in the Billing section of your Evenda cabinet. Cancel before the billing date to prevent the next charge. Access continues until the end of the confirmed trial or paid period unless the subscription is terminated immediately. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

In the iOS and Android apps, accounts without a current Paddle subscription use App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Prices, trial eligibility and duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those purchases follow the terms shown by the respective store. An account with a current Paddle subscription uses that subscription across devices and must not purchase a second subscription in a store.

Accounts registered before the new subscription requirement retain their previously granted trial, paid period and agreed conditions. A later move to Paddle may include an additional 14-day Paddle trial if offered at checkout; existing periods are not changed automatically by this service update.

A free trial involves no subscription payment to refund. Charges after a trial are covered by the refund rules in this document and the terms of the payment provider or app store; the end of a trial does not remove applicable refund or statutory rights.

These provisions supplement the agreement and take precedence over inconsistent descriptions of signup, trial activation and billing for the accounts described above.

1. Omfattning

Denna återbetalningspolicy gäller kundernas betalningar (evenemangsarrangörer) för tillgång till Evenda.io:s mjukvara och tjänster, inklusive prissättningsplaner och relaterade funktioner.

2. Abonnemangsavgift

Alla abonnemangsbetalningar debiteras i förskott på regelbunden basis (månatligen eller årligen – beroende på valt plan).

Genom att teckna en prenumeration godkänner du betalningsvillkoren som presenteras vid köpet.

3. Återbetalningsvillkor

Du kan begära full återbetalning inom 14 dagar från betalningsdatumet. För att begära återbetalning, kontakta oss på [email protected] eller skicka en begäran via din personliga dashboard. Godkända återbetalningar behandlas via den ursprungliga betalningsmetoden.

Efter den inledande 14-dagarsperioden ges i allmänhet ingen återbetalning för:

• delvis använda prenumerationsperioder;
• oanvända funktioner;
• ej använda tjänsten efter betalningen.

Utöver detta kan återbetalning beviljas enligt Evenda.io:s bedömning i följande fall:

• dubbeldebitering;
• tekniska fel som hindrar åtkomst till tjänsten;
• faktureringsfel.

4. Provperiod (om tillämpligt)

Om en gratis provperiod erbjuds ansvarar kunden själv för att avbryta prenumerationen innan perioden är slut.

5. Avbokning av prenumeration

Kunden kan avboka prenumerationen när som helst.

Avbokningen träder i kraft vid slutet av innevarande faktureringsperiod.

Ingen proportionell återbetalning för den återstående perioden ges.

6. Betalningsbehandling

Betalningar kan behandlas av externa betalningsleverantörer, inklusive Paddle.

Återbetalningsförfrågningar för prenumerationsbetalningar skickas till Evenda.io-supporten. Vid godkännande utfärdas återbetalningen med samma betalningsmetod som den ursprungliga betalningen.

7. Betalningstvist (chargeback)

Vi rekommenderar att du kontaktar Evenda.io-supporten innan du initierar en chargeback.

Onödiga chargebacks kan leda till avstängning eller uppsägning av kontot.
