Kashier is an online payment gateway in Egypt that processes payments in pounds (EGP). It leads with card acceptance and adds the domestic Meeza card plus Fawry and Vodafone Cash, so buyers can use the method they prefer without leaving the tickets page.
Pricing and payouts
You connect your own Kashier account, so card and local-method payments settle directly to you in pounds. Kashier sets its processing fees by your agreement, and Evenda adds no platform fee of its own on ticket sales.
How to connect Kashier and sell tickets
- Sign up for a Kashier account and get your Merchant ID (mid) and payment API key.
- In Evenda, open Payment systems and choose Kashier.
- Paste your Merchant ID and API key.
- Save the connection.
- Publish the event — Kashier payments start working on the tickets page.

Technical notes
Kashier uses a signed redirect: Evenda builds a checkout.kashier.io URL with a hash computed as HMAC-SHA256 over the payment parameters (merchant id, order id, amount and currency) and redirects the buyer. The result is confirmed by a signed return to the merchant redirect and a signed POST webhook to the server endpoint, both verified before the order is marked paid — so the status stays correct even if the buyer closes the tab.
