How buyers pay with Ozow at checkout
With Ozow your buyers pay by instant EFT: they choose their South African bank and approve a direct transfer, with no card details required. The method appears on the tickets page automatically once Ozow is connected.
Built for the South African market
Ozow works in South Africa and processes payments in rand (ZAR). Instant EFT is a common way to pay for buyers who prefer a bank transfer over a card, so offering it widens who can buy a ticket.
Pricing and payouts
You connect your own Ozow account, so instant-EFT payments settle directly to you in rand. Ozow sets its processing fees by your agreement, and Evenda adds no platform fee of its own on ticket sales.

Technical notes
Ozow uses a signed redirect: Evenda builds a pay.ozow.com URL with a HashCheck (SHA512 over the request fields plus your private key, lower-cased) and redirects the buyer to complete the transfer at their bank. The result is posted to the notify URL, where Evenda verifies the Hash the same way before the order is marked paid — so the status stays correct even if the buyer closes the tab.
