Payment methods Zapper brings to checkout
With Zapper your buyers can scan a QR code to pay in the Zapper app, or pay with Visa and Mastercard. The available methods appear on the tickets page automatically.
Built for South Africa with QR scan-to-pay
Zapper is a popular scan-to-pay app in South Africa, processing payments in rand (ZAR). Buyers who already use Zapper can pay for a ticket by scanning a QR code with their phone, with cards available as a fallback for everyone else.
Pricing and payouts
You connect your own Zapper account, so QR and card payments settle directly to you in rand. Zapper sets its processing fees by your agreement, and Evenda adds no platform fee of its own on ticket sales.

Technical notes
Zapper uses a hosted redirect: Evenda creates a payment session with your merchant credentials and redirects the buyer to the Zapper page or QR. The result arrives as a webhook whose SHA256 signature Evenda verifies with your API Key before the order is marked paid — so the status stays correct even if the buyer closes the tab.
Connect Zapper to Evenda to sell tickets across South Africa with QR scan-to-pay and cards, and settle to your own account.
