Subscription terms for new Evenda accounts

For new Evenda organizer accounts whose signup flow specifies the subscription requirement, a subscription must be set up before using the service. These terms apply to Evenda SaaS and do not change the terms of Oblakkarte.

In the web cabinet, subscriptions are set up through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Complete Paddle checkout and provide a payment method to start a free 14-day trial. The trial starts when Paddle creates the subscription, not when you register an Evenda account. Access opens after the subscription is confirmed.

No subscription fee is charged for the free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle automatically charges the payment method for the selected monthly or annual plan and renews it at the interval shown at checkout. The price, currency, applicable taxes and first billing date are shown before you confirm.

You can disable automatic renewal in the Billing section of your Evenda cabinet. Cancel before the billing date to prevent the next charge. Access continues until the end of the confirmed trial or paid period unless the subscription is terminated immediately. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

In the iOS and Android apps, accounts without a current Paddle subscription use App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Prices, trial eligibility and duration, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those purchases follow the terms shown by the respective store. An account with a current Paddle subscription uses that subscription across devices and must not purchase a second subscription in a store.

Accounts registered before the new subscription requirement retain their previously granted trial, paid period and agreed conditions. A later move to Paddle may include an additional 14-day Paddle trial if offered at checkout; existing periods are not changed automatically by this service update.

A free trial involves no subscription payment to refund. Charges after a trial are covered by the refund rules in this document and the terms of the payment provider or app store; the end of a trial does not remove applicable refund or statutory rights.

These provisions supplement the agreement and take precedence over inconsistent descriptions of signup, trial activation and billing for the accounts described above.

1. Toepassingsgebied

Dit retourbeleid geldt voor betalingen van klanten (evenementenorganisatoren) voor toegang tot de software en diensten van Evenda.io, inclusief tariefplannen en gerelateerde functies.

2. AbonnementsKosten

Alle abonnementsbetalingen worden vooruit gefactureerd op regelmatige basis (maandelijks of jaarlijks — afhankelijk van het gekozen plan).

Door een abonnement te nemen, gaat u akkoord met de betalingsvoorwaarden die op het moment van aankoop worden gepresenteerd.

3. Retourvoorwaarden

U kunt binnen 14 dagen na de betalingsdatum een volledige terugbetaling aanvragen. Neem contact met ons op via [email protected] of dien een verzoek in via uw persoonlijke dashboard. Goedgekeurde terugbetalingen worden verwerkt via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.

Na de initiële periode van 14 dagen worden terugbetalingen doorgaans niet verstrekt voor:

• gedeeltelijk gebruikte abonnementsperioden;
• niet-gebruikte functies;
• het niet-gebruik van de dienst na betaling.

Daarnaast kan een terugbetaling naar goeddunken van Evenda.io worden verleend in de volgende gevallen:

• dubbele afschrijving;
• technische storingen die de toegang tot de dienst verhinderen;
• factureringsfouten.

4. Proefperiode (indien van toepassing)

Als er een gratis proefperiode wordt aangeboden, is de klant zelf verantwoordelijk voor het annuleren van het abonnement vóór het einde ervan.

5. Abonnement opzeggen

De klant kan het abonnement op elk moment annuleren.

De opzegging treedt in werking aan het einde van de huidige factureringsperiode.

Er wordt geen pro rata-terugbetaling verstrekt voor de resterende periode.

6. Verwerking van betalingen

Betalingen kunnen worden verwerkt door betalingsproviders van derden, waaronder Paddle.

Retourverzoeken voor betaling van een abonnement worden naar de Evenda.io-ondersteuning gestuurd. Bij goedkeuring wordt de terugbetaling uitgevoerd via dezelfde betaalmethode als de oorspronkelijke betaling.

7. Betwisting van betaling (chargeback)

Het wordt aanbevolen contact op te nemen met de Evenda.io-ondersteuning voordat u een chargeback start.

Onrechtmatige chargebacks kunnen leiden tot opschorting of beëindiging van het account.
